Relocation- Transitional Recovery Coaching

We are all experiencing some type of change in our lives at any given moment or time, yet sometimes a big transition can be hard to navigate alone. Whether you find change exciting or frightening, a supportive dialogue with a coach that is committed to your vision and what you want to create can make the difference between surviving or thriving during your transition.

Personally, I have moved thirty seven times, changed careers eight times and have managed emotionally, spiritually and physically numerous endings and beginnings of new lifestyles and relationships. Integrating into new surroundings in any area is more then a challenge, it can fill us full of fear, depression, anxiety and panic. I have mastered the process that shifts this journey from discomfort to ease.

As your coach I examine your current situation, explore your current and future options, and support clarity with what you want to create, and how you can get it. Coaching assists you every step of the way in creating an environment that is full of solutions, focused on positive outcomes, reliability on internal and external resources as well as resolving obstacles and objections. Reasons for a transitional coaching Divorce Relocation Loss of a loved one Retirement Becoming an empty nester I facilitate, guide, encourage, and challenge you to move forward during your transition.

I insure that that you will make a healthy transition to the next step or phase of life. Partnering with a coach can be the best investment one can make. Your future success depends on how you manage this time of crisis. Moving to another city or back to your hometown can be quite traumatic, especially if not all of your resources are setup to ensure your success and family isn't support of the move.

Drastic moves from one region or climate to another are not an easy adjustment, especially for the family members not involved in the job or recovery transition. Why not do everything you can to insure a positive relocation? Do you know someone who is in transition and needs help? Give them my email: [email protected]

Neuro Linguistic Programming Model of Communication

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) began as a model of how we communicate to ourselves and others which was developed by Richard Bandler and John Grinder. This model explains how we process the information that comes into us from the outside. The belief is that "The map is not the territory." And so the internal representations that we make about an outside event are not necessarily the event itself
